As an experienced Art Director, I began my career as a multi-disciplinary designer, working across both digital and print media to create compelling, audience-focused designs. My process begins at the initial phase of mood boards and ends with delivering a story and experience to the consumer. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with a range of clients—from small businesses to iconic, high-end fashion, fitness and lifestyle brands with decades of history. This diverse experience has taught me the importance of tailoring each design to the specific needs and preferences of the intended audience, ensuring that both the visual elements and messaging resonate effectively to achieve the ultimate goal of increasing profits and brand loyalty.
In my most recent role at Hearst Magazines, I oversaw the lifestyle and luxury brands within the Direct to Consumer division. During my time there, I worked with some of the most recognized titles in the industry, including Prevention, Delish, Good Housekeeping, Cosmopolitan, Esquire, Town & Country, House Beautiful, and Elle. My work was centered on creating strategic, high-impact designs that drove brand engagement.
I managed a cross-functional team of designers, marketers, and external partners, overseeing both creative and strategic initiatives. My career, which began in hands-on design and strategy, has provided me with a well-rounded, 360-degree understanding of both the creative and marketing sides of the business. This allows me to approach each project holistically and tailor creative solutions to engage diverse audiences across digital and print platforms ultimately increasing the number of annual subscriptions and memberships.
Previously, at Rodale, I played a key role in shaping the editorial and customer engagement strategies for fitness brands like Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Bicycling, and Runner’s World. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how design can inform editorial direction and connect with niche audiences in meaningful ways.
Before joining Hearst and Rodale, I worked at a design agency in the tri-state area, where I assisted startups and new businesses build their brand identities from the ground up. This involved everything from logo and website design to developing a presence on social media—all with a focus on defining the client’s unique voice and target audience.
Currently, I am exploring new opportunities. I am open to both full-time and freelance positions and am eager to bring my design expertise, marketing background, strategic insight, and leadership experience to new and exciting challenges.
I look forward to learning more about you and how we can work together in the future.
