Our team worked with the fitness experts at Men’s Health to develop this 176-page challenge. I was tasked with designing this book from cover to cover. I worked closely with various teams such as editorial, marketing, illustrators, printers and fitness experts.
This book gives you the world's most efficient ab exercises, space to track your progress, nutrition guidance, advice for recovery, and more.
Once the book was printed, we then had to market it across various channels such as paid social, e-mail lists, editorial pages and third partner opportunities.
My contributions towards this product included the following:
